Property development firm lodges plans for office scheme at DurhamGate which could create 60 jobs

A family-owned property company has submitted plans for a new office development at its DurhamGate scheme, which could create more than 60 jobs. 

Arlington Real Estate wants to create a two-storey office building at the site, located five miles south of Durham City. 

The property will include up to four potential office suites, EV car parking and soft landscaping, and is designed to be part of DurhamGate North business park which is allocated as employment land as part of the County Durham plan.
