A tech operator known for warehouse management systems has a new owner.
Durham’s Indigo Software has been bought by US-headquartered Aptean Inc.
Officials say the tie-up, confirmed for an undisclosed sum, will allow Indigo to further its “commitment to delivering best-in-class supply chain solutions”.
Founded in 1980, Belmont Business Park-based Indigo Software provides stock and delivery management services to companies including Greene King, Puma, Regatta, Tommee Tippee and Walkers Shortbread.
