A County Durham-based sports safety company is seeing rapid growth after a record-breaking year, with soaring sales and global expansion for its “groundbreaking” protective headband.
Rezon, headquartered in Stanley, has achieved a 400 per cent year-on-year increase in sales of its Rezon Halos headband, now used across 18 sports and sold in 14 countries.
The legally CE-marked headband is designed to reduce rotational forces to the brain by up to 61 per cent, addressing the long-term risks of sub-concussive impacts and helping “empower” athletes to “pursue their passions without compromising their futures”.
