Alison Schreiber, Director of The HR Dept Durham & Newcastle South, has been named a finalist in the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2024.
The NatWest EWiF Awards celebrate and recognise the remarkable achievements of women in the franchising industry across the UK.
This year, Alison has been nominated in the Ambassador of the Year category, which honours people who have supported or encouraged women in franchising during 2023. This nomination underscores her exceptional contributions, innovative approach, and dedication to fostering growth and success within the franchising community.
Alison, an HR professional and business owner within the HR Dept franchise, has been a driving force behind The HR Dept Durham & Newcastle South’s success, demonstrating exemplary leadership and vision. As well as supporting new female Licensees within the wider HR Dept network, she has provided HR advice to women within other franchises and given employment law support to local EWiF meeting attendees.

The event brings together industry leaders, franchisors, franchisees, and supporters to acknowledge and applaud the contributions of women who are shaping the future of franchising.
