Durham County Council is planning on commissioning free training for small and medium-sized organisations across County Durham who would like to build on the support they provide to their staff.

In order to ensure the training meets the needs of businesses, the council is asking owners and managers to complete a short survey on the type of training they need and how it should be structured. The survey, which takes only a few minutes to complete, is available at https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=157857420004. The feedback received will play a key part in the development of the training and will be used to ensure products and services are best suited to local business requirements.

The survey is confidential and none of your answers will be attributed to you or your organisation. For more information, contact Mick Shannon on 03000 260485 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
