About the event

In this Lunch and Learn we will be joined by Hazel Rockingham, Business and NLP Coach, who will explain how to effectively communicate with your audience.

How do you know if you are communicating well with your target audience? Do they engage? If they don’t engage, do you take the time to find out why?

In this one-hour lunch and learn we will cover the importance of mastering the language to attract your prospects and how to use this effectively in your organisation.

Chamber Lunch & Learn series

Recent changes in the workplace has been profound. The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted beliefs, working practices and previously accepted norms. Some organisations have moved away from their core business and found strengths – and sales – in multiple and/or different sectors.

We understand that organisations are busy, but also eager to learn. We also understand that whilst companies grow and develop, taking time to develop policies, content or understand nuances of specific content can take time.

With that in mind, our ‘lunch and learn’ series is designed to cover a range of core business subjects and to provide guidance and support on core business topics such as HR, finance and legal.

The sessions will predominantly be delivered by SME members, for the benefit of our SME members. The presentations will be delivered by experts within the specific field.
