Business advisory firm Baldwins has expanded with the opening of a new 12,000 sq ft office in Durham.
The company has agreed a ten-year lease at Bede House on Belmont Business Park, housing 70 business advisory experts and led by partner, David McFarlane.
The new office is now part of the firm's 95 operations across England, Scotland and Wales, offering advisory services, such as audit and accountancy, tax advice, restructuring, insolvency, forensics, corporate finance and banking.
"Durham is at the heart of the North East and provides the perfect platform for us to serve the region’s businesses in one place, whatever their requirements may be," said McFarlane.
"I’m excited to be leading an office of this size at a time when businesses, now more than ever, need well-rounded business experts to help them navigate Brexit uncertainty and regulatory changes such as making tax digital.
