A 25,000 sq ft office building on Belmont Business Park in Durham has been snapped up by a property investment company

Durham Group Estates, with the assistance of chartered surveying firm Carter Towler, has bought Bede House.

"We are extremely pleased to be adding this sizeable property to our commercial portfolio," said Gurpreet Singh Jagpal, chief executive of Durham Group Estates. "It was built in 2001 and is ready for upgrading now.
