Kevin Lee Accountants moved into ViewPoint Business Centre in 2014. Managed by Business Durham the centre is at Consett Business Park.
The practice has grown rapidly since Kevin set up the business three years ago, going from having only a handful of clients to now having around 150 clients.
Kevin found that moving into the ViewPoint offices provided the company with modern, smart and professional environment in which to work and meet clients. Commenting on the move Kevin said: “Deciding to locate our business in the Viewpoint Business Centre has worked out extremely well for us. Not only does the standard of the office impress our clients but the location also places you at the centre of a business hub.”
Kevin is a dedicated business professional with vast experience of business finance and business growth with a wealth of experience across all business sectors including manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, construction, trade and professional services. The company now also employs Kevin’s son Tom, who is currently doing his professional exams and is expected to be fully qualified by the end of the year.
The company has benefitted from being at the heart of the business community and raised the company’s exposure to other businesses located in the centre. Offering a full range of accountancy, tax, payroll and business advisory services, from bookkeeping and VAT returns to financial forecasting and business plan production the company now counts a number of its neighbouring companies at ViewPoint as its clients.
Julie Jennings, Property Manager at Business Durham said “We are delighted Kevin chose ViewPoint as the location to grow his business, the business centre is an ideal base for companies like Kevin Lee Accountants providing modern offices with conference facilities, business support and dedicated staff. At Business Durham we don’t see ourselves as merely landlords but also work with companies to help them grow and thrive in County Durham. We look forward to working with Kevin to help his company reach its full potential.”
