Are you interested in doing business with Durham County Council? Do you want to learn more about the Council’s procurement process? Would you like to gain an understanding of UK and EU procurement law? Would you like practical advice on getting shortlisted, bidding for tenders, and navigating the NEPO e-tendering system?
Learn how to tender successfully
Durham County Council’s Corporate Procurement team invite you to attend an in-depth workshop aimed at suppliers, and potential suppliers, of goods, works or services to the Council.
The event is open to any organisation, including large, medium and small organisations from both the private sector and the third sector, who may be interested in doing business with the Council. The session is delivered directly by our specialist Procurement Officers – and it’s free to attend.
Workshop sessions include group activity and discussion aimed at reinforcing your understanding.
There will also be opportunities to ask questions, and to speak to our Procurement Officers on a one-to-one basis.
Our next workshops take place on:
23rd May 2017 and 30th May 2017
Both sessions take place at Durham Leadership Centre, Enterprise Way, Spennymoor. These are full-day events, opening at 10am and finishing at 4pm.
A buffet lunch will be provided.
These events are free of charge to attend.
