The west wing measures 3945 sq ft and the East wing 3701 sq ft which we estimate would accommodate around 40 - 50 people.

Aykley Heads offers excellent access for commuters and clients alike via the A167 both north and south, the A690 to the east and A691 to the west. Durham lies approximately 15 miles south of Newcastle upon Tyne and close to junctions 62 and 63 of the A1M.
